The National Housing Association is one of the leading providers of accommodation for the elderly in the UK. They have a wide portfolio of properties which are maintained to a high standard and a reputation for being a customer facing organisation that delivers services to its residents in line with their expectations and aspirations.
The County of Kent has a number of sheltered units which are managed by an Estate Manager who is either resident within the complex or comes in daily with support staff covering their off duty periods.
Most of the properties are relatively new and many have been improved over the years with the addition of PVC double glazing and composite doors. This project was an external based refurbishment contract compromising of the repair and re-painting to the existing bin stores and replacement of garage doors.
As with any residential works being carried out by Armour, an onsite Resident Liaison Officer was present during the works, this is to ensure the complete safeguarding of the resident’s possessions whilst replacing the garage doors.
As always, a customer satisfaction survey was carried out on completion of works, whereby 100% positive feedback was recorded
