We are framework suppliers to Southern Housing for cyclical decorations and repairs to their leasehold properties across London and the South East.
This includes void refurbishments between tenancies. We understand the client’s requirement for a fast turnaround time for void properties to minimize loss of rental income, and we prioritise these works accordingly.
We also carry out disrepair works and insurance reinstatement projects, including the restoration of properties impacted by fire and flood damage.
Refurbishment following fire and flood often requires extensive specialised works such as structural evaluation of the property, detailed compliance reporting and works completed in line with Building Control regulations, and structural renewal of roofs, as well as replacement of doors and windows.
Our Project Coordinator meets each team on-site as their work commences, visits weekly to check progress and keeps in close contact with Southern Housing’s surveyors and Contract Manager, updating them on the progress of the work and signing off at completion with the client and resident.
