During pre-start consultation, the most frequently voiced concern was what would happen to the plants during repairs and painting. Our RLO team worked with affected residents to agree where to store plants during works. They removed and re-fixed hooks or brackets used to support hanging baskets or planters, at no extra cost and offered to replace heavy planters or baskets.
