Cyclical Decorations and Associated Works to tenanted and leaseholder properties
Cyclical decorations programme including pre-paint repairs. Fire upgrade works to communal areas, repair and replacement of internal structures including fire doors and meter cupboards. External works includes; roofing, rainwater systems replacement and repair, window replacement, repair and replacement of external doors including bin stores and garages, fencing and landscape works.
All of the works were carried out on a programme agreed with the Client and in consultation with the Residents. The procedure for agreeing the programme was broken down into a series of steps which were designed to deliver maximum value for money but causing minimum disruption to the lives of the residents.
