We adopt a person-centred approach to support customers with additional needs, and conduct ‘Resident Needs Assessments’ to identify vulnerabilities.
We deliver external and internal decorations and repairs to vulnerable residents’ homes in Surrey and beyond.
This can include painting and decorating, general repairs, cleaning of windows and exteriors, and repair or refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms.
We also provide damp and mould surveys and detailed reporting, followed by appropriate treatment works and preventative solutions to mitigate recurrence.
