Requirements
Typical works may include:
- Brickwork and blockwork
- Structural alterations
- Roofing repairs
- Carpentry and joinery
- Plastering and rendering
- Kitchen and bathroom installations
- Groundworks and drainage
- Property refurbishments
- Extensions and general building works
Applicants must have:
- Proven general building experience
- Their own tools and suitable transport
- A UTR number and the ability to work under the CIS scheme
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- The ability to complete work safely and to a high standard
- Suitable references and examples of previous work
