Requirements
Applicants should be experienced in several of the following trades:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Painting and decorating
- Kitchen and bathroom repairs and replacement
- UPVC window and door repairs
- Basic brickwork and general building repairs
Applicants must have:
- Proven multi-trade experience
- Their own tools and suitable van
- A UTR number and the ability to work under the CIS scheme
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- The ability to diagnose repairs and complete work to a high standard
- A professional and respectful approach when dealing with residents

Applicants must be reliable, professional and able to provide suitable references and examples of previous work.
Desirable (Not Essential):
- NVQ qualification in a building trade
- CSCS Card
- Experience working within care homes, housing, or commercial property
